Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Duevra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Duevra is a compliance and workflow management platform for UK accounting practices. It provides tools for client management, deadline tracking, automated reminders, document collection, and filing approvals. The Service does not submit any filings to HMRC or Companies House on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by UK-based accounting professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

6. Client data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent or legal basis to store and process your clients' personal data using the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Drive, Resend, Companies House). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

8. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed filing deadlines, lost data, or business losses.

You are solely responsible for verifying deadlines and submitting filings to HMRC and other authorities. Duevra is a tracking tool, not a filing agent.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@duevra.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
